Hi Stephen and Merrill, Thanks for your comments and I shall be pleased to report on how it goes. I mentioned that I had experience with metel dectectors: I formed a German company partnership with an Italian friend and sold them in West Germany and Austria attending a number of exhibitions to promote them and also doing PR stunts on beaches. My friend in England who manufactured them became a millionaire. I have been a long time out of this particular market and wish to find out more about drones with this capability. Can any of you help please? I live in Belgium and the search target area is in Tunisia in the month before the Afrika Corps surrendered. I have already done an initial recce to Tunisia where my uncle and his crew are commemorated with no known grave. I have studied the battles and war diaries and have not only the day but also the rough time of day when they were killed. They were the only ones killed that day from the Battalion and, although I have not yet been to this particular place, expect to recognise the area where it happened from the covering German covering gun and tank line and their likely approach route. I am working on raising funding for the trip and making initial enquiries about a film crew though will will want to keep the party very small. I guess you are all over the other side of the pond??
